Francesca Ellis

Francesca Ellis began their work experience in 2015 as a Student Ambassador at the University of Worcester. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Phase Eight, where they provided exceptional customer service and product knowledge. From 2017 to 2018, Francesca worked as a Web Developer at Worcester Web Studio, coding HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and converting drafts into WordPress templates using PHP. Francesca then worked as a Sales Assistant at Monsoon Accessorize from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Francesca joined Zappar as an AR Dev Tools Support intern, providing top-tier support and writing technical documentation. Francesca later became a Support Engineer, delivering training and support to ZapWorks partners and clients. Currently, Francesca holds the role of Technical Support & Learning Manager at Zappar.

Francesca Ellis completed their education in 2014 when they enrolled in the University of Worcester to pursue a Computing BSc(Hons) degree. Francesca successfully completed their degree in 2017. In addition to their university education, they obtained a certification as a Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc. in November 2015.
