Carley Fain

Carley Fain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as Director of Implementation & Project Management at Zappi since February 2021, Carley has also held various significant roles, including Global Enterprise Customer Implementation Manager at Zappi and Head of Community Engagement at the Customer Success Network. Prior experience includes positions at Sitetracker, where Carley worked as a Customer Success Manager, and as a Customer Success Consultant prior to that. Carley has a strong background in driving customer value and engagement, having served as Customer Success Director at ZappiStore and Insight Director at OMD UK. With a degree in Business and Marketing from Coventry University, Carley has cultivated a skill set that encompasses insight management and strategic research, spanning over a decade in the industry starting from a Marketing Coordinator role at 3M Unitek.
