Dorothy Mhlanga

Dorothy Mhlanga is an experienced security program manager currently overseeing the Information Security Program at Zappi since September 2019, where responsibilities include implementing security controls, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR, and managing vendor relationships. Previously, Dorothy served as a Security Business Analyst at Zappi, focusing on compliance support, internal audit management, and vendor relationship oversight. Prior to this, Dorothy provided ICT consultancy at Saratoga for various industries and specialized in business analysis for software development projects. Dorothy's career began at Finba College as an Admin Officer, managing administrative operations and ensuring effective coordination within the educational environment. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town.
