Jade Cox

Jade Cox is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zappi since April 2022, having previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Executive within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Success Executive at Fastmarkets from January 2020 to May 2021 and serving as a Customer Development Representative at Mars from February 2018 to December 2019.
