Caroline Gilbert

Caroline Gilbert is a seasoned professional in the apparel and merchandising industry, currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Zappos Family of Companies since October 2021. Previously, Caroline held various roles at Petco, including Merchandise Planner, and spent several years at Kirkland's, where responsibilities ranged from Associate Merchandise Planner to Senior Merchandise Distribution Analyst. Earlier experience includes positions at Nordstrom, where Caroline contributed to customer service excellence and retail management, and a Market Intern role at Atlanta Apparel Mart. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science in Apparel, Textiles, and Merchandising from Mississippi State University and furthered her education with a brief study at King's College London.
