Kim Fleissner

Kim Fleissner currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Zappos Family of Companies since November 2024 and has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Shopbop | East Dane since June 2006, where responsibilities include oversight of Finance, Technology, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Creative Operations. Prior roles include serving as COO & CFO at Shopbop, overseeing various operational aspects, and as Head of Finance and Accounting at the same company, which is a subsidiary of Amazon.com. Earlier experience includes working in Audit/Internal Control at Virchow Krause and in Consulting/Accounting at Price Waterhouse Coopers in New York, with client portfolios consisting of manufacturers, distributors, and large investment banking firms. Kim Fleissner earned a Master's degree from the Wisconsin School of Business and a BA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
