Kyle Low

Kyle Low is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer engagement and operations management. Currently serving as an Engagement and Appreciation Specialist at Zappos Family of Companies since October 2016, responsibilities include handling customer service escalations, fraud analysis, and social media monitoring to enhance customer relationships and support the Zappos brand. Prior to this, Kyle held various positions at Margaritaville for nearly 18 years, culminating in the role of Operations Manager, where the focus was on training and development for staff. Academic qualifications include a diploma in Business/Managerial Economics from Georgian College, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from WGU Nevada, and an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the College of Southern Nevada.
