Emily Welborn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Emily currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Exterro since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Zapproved, where they had multiple roles including Manager of Customer Success, Senior Solutions Engineer, Solutions Engineer, and Customer Success Manager between 2019 and 2022. Before that, Emily worked at NAVEX Global as a Customer Success Manager, Premium Support Manager, and Client Support Technician from 2015 to 2019. Emily also gained experience as a Student Intern at Piedmont Healthcare in 2015 and worked in sales at Stan Johnson Jewelers from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Emily worked as a Day Camp Counselor at Augusta Jewish Community Center from 2009 to 2010 and as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A from 2008 to 2010.

Emily Welborn attended Augusta University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Information Administration. Prior to that, they also briefly attended Georgia Institute of Technology in 2010, although it is unknown if they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during that time.
