Stefano Del Fabbro

Stefano Del Fabbro has had a varied work experience. In 2012, they were a Materials Engineer at Genefinity S.r.l. In 2013, they were a Multi-Disciplinary Specialist at Lima Corporate. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Bosch Power Tools, starting as an Apprentice Product Engineer, then becoming a Product Engineer, and finally a Project Leader. In 2018, they were an MBA Intern at Nike. In 2019, they were a Program Manager at MBA Mentor and a Senior Associate at Strategy&. In 2022, they will become the Head of Growth at Zappyrent. At Strategy&, Del Fabbro delivered 15+ strategy projects from business plan reviews to digital transformations in the industrial goods, transportation, and automotive sector. Stefano also defined strategy for a US-based data capture and tracking solutions company and supported the repositioning from a hardware-focused to a SaaS-focused business. Stefano also designed a Digital Transformation roadmap including +20 projects to increase digitalization of a leader in systems and components for low voltage electrical installations in power, building, lighting and smart home categories. Additionally, they built a forecasting model to size the automotive aftermarket for a tier-2 supplier, through regression analysis of main drivers.

Stefano Del Fabbro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Trieste in 2009. Stefano then participated in an International Exchange Program at the University of Oxford in 2011, focusing on Materials Science. In 2012, they completed a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Università degli Studi di Trieste. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School in 2019.
