Tanja Ehrhardt

Tanja Ehrhardt has extensive work experience in various product management roles. Tanja is currently working as a Product Manager at Zaptic since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at orgvue as a Product Manager from November 2021 to January 2023. From January 2018 to November 2021, Tanja worked as a Product Manager at Feefo.

Before their role in product management, Tanja worked at Smoothwall starting in November 2015. Initially, they served as a Product Manager, responsible for setting strategic and tactical directions for the company's products. Later, they took on the role of Triage Team Lead from March 2013 to November 2015, where they ensured the team's adherence to service time, customer satisfaction, and SLA targets. Tanja began their tenure at Smoothwall as a Support Engineer from January 2012 to March 2013. In this role, they diagnosed and resolved customer queries and provided second-line support.

Tanja's earlier work experience includes roles at Cyntergy. Tanja served as an Account Leader from September 2008 to January 2012, and as an IT Analyst from November 2006 to September 2008.

Tanja Ehrhardt's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Physics, which they obtained from The Open University between the years 2016 and 2019. Tanja is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Space Science and Technology, also from The Open University, with an expected completion date in the future. In addition to their formal education, Tanja has obtained several certifications. These include a certification in "Learn to code for data analysis" from The Open University in January 2023, a "Product-led Certification" from Pendo.io x MTP in October 2022, and a "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2019.
