Lakshmi Jacob is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in team leadership and customer retention. Currently serving as a Team Lead - Sales at ZaranTech LLC since July 2014, Lakshmi collaborates with various departments to enhance service delivery and provides timely reports on critical issues. Prior to this role, Lakshmi worked as a Senior Officer at TransGenez from January 2011 to May 2014, focusing on consumer membership retention and call logging. Additionally, Lakshmi held the position of Sales Officer at Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt.
