John Darden

John Darden is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate development and investment banking. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development at Zarminali Health, John previously held similar leadership roles at Olympus Cosmetic Group and Pediatric Associates in South Florida. Prior experience includes positions at Delphi Behavioral Health Group, Farlie Turner & Co., and Crosstree Capital Partners, where John was involved in M&A advisory and financial modeling for middle-market transactions. Early in the career, John worked in economic and valuation services at KPMG, focusing on financial modeling, valuation analyses, and tax consulting. John holds a Master of Accountancy in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Georgia.
