Nei Galter is an experienced professional specializing in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems (HSEQ). Currently serving as the Executive Manager and HSEQ Manager at ZARPA since February 2019, Nei has implemented management systems in accordance with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018. In addition, Nei has held various positions, including Director at GaterConsult, where innovative environmental solutions are developed, Health Safety Environment Advisor at LiftingTest do Brasil, and Environmental Consultant at Edifício do Porto Marina Mont Blanc. A background in instructional facilitation and extensive education in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, and Business Administration further supports the expertise in managing comprehensive training programs and consultancy services aimed at enhancing workplace safety and environmental compliance.
