•Experienced Lawyers: Our “model” focuses on having a team consisting of seasoned business attorneys with the background and knowledge to understand and solve our clients’ most complex issues rather than utilizing junior and mid-level attorneys. 

•Quarterbacking: For areas outside of our core practice, we serve to the legal market what a great quarterback is to a winning football team. And everyone wants a great quarterback. At ZLG, we utilize “just the right player, and play, at just the right time” utilizing our strategic relationships with other law firms outside of our main practice areas.  This approach enables us to partner with other lawyers at other firms (truly hiring who is ‘best for the job’) eliminating inherent conflicts.
