Jay Kinghorn's work experience is as follows:

1. Chief Innovation Officer, Co-founder at Zartico (2019 - present): Jay is responsible for leading Zartico's innovation efforts. Zartico is the creator of the Destination Operating System (ZDOS™), which utilizes big data, AI, and technology to provide insights into the movement of people and economic opportunities.
