Rachhpal Singh has been working in the business world since 1997. Rachhpal began their career as President & CEO of Naveen Group of Companies, New Northeast Companies and Naveen Enterprises. In 2018, they took on the role of President at Naveen Investments, LLC and Naveen Enterprises, Inc. In 2020, they were appointed President of Ishaan Enterprises, Inc. and in 2022 they became Director of ZASTI. In 1997, they also founded Hemkunt Corporation, where they served as President & CEO, as well as Founder President for their DAZZLE Stores. As President & CEO at Hemkunt Corporation, Rachhpal Singh was responsible for the Premium retailer of exclusive premium brands, with locations in the Baltimore & Washington DC Metro Area, including Dazzle and Denim Boutique. Rachhpal carried luxury lifestyle brands such as Philipp Plein, HUGO BOSS, G-Star (Shop-in-Shop Stores), 7 for All Mankind Jeans, Versace Collection, Diesel Collection, Versace Jeans, Hudson Jeans, Robins Jeans, Just Cavalli, Rockstar, Lacoste, Kenzo, and Kids division Brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Young Versace, Hugo Boss, Moshino, Lacoste, Hudson, Fendi, AG. Rachhpal also carried accessories such as Kenzo, Chopard, Dita, John Varvatos, Versace, Burberry, Gucci, Prada, G-Star, Cazal, D&G, Hugo Boss, RL Polo, Ralph Lauren, Carrera, A/X, Emporio Armani, Rayban, and many more.

Rachhpal Singh completed a Diploma in Electronics from DC Delhi in 1982, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bhopal University in 1981, with a focus in Accounting and Business/Management.
