Lauren Baker

Lauren Baker has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and people management. Lauren started their career as a VIP Lifestyle Manager at Ten Lifestyle Concierge, where they organized various activities and services for members. Lauren then worked as an HR Administrator at innocent drinks, supporting the HR team with administrative tasks. Lauren later joined Immediate Media Co as an HR Advisor, where they provided HR support for a media company. Lauren then moved to World First as an HR Business Partner. Currently, they are working at ZAVA, where they have held multiple roles including Senior People Partner, People Lead, Head of People, and currently serves as the People Director.

Lauren Baker pursued their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2009 at the University of Birmingham, where they studied Sociology and obtained a degree in the same field.
