Gusten Arnholm

Gusten Arnholm has worked in the customer service industry since 2008. In 2021, they joined Zaver as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to that, they worked at Taxi Stockholm as a Coordinator and Switchboard Operator. As a Coordinator, they managed Sweden's largest fleet of taxis at the time, which consisted of 1500 cars. Gusten also supervised between five and ten operators, as well as reported errors in business-critical systems.

Gusten Arnholm attended Jensen Gymnasium from 2003 to 2006, where they completed the Samhällsvetenskapsprogrammet - inriktning samhälle. Gusten then attended Medieinstitutet from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a degree as a SharePoint-utvecklare. Currently, they are attending Stockholm University, where they are working towards a Juristexamen (jur.mag.).
