Jennifer Neves has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Jennifer currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Abridge, where they utilize cutting-edge medical AI technology to create documentation from medical conversations. Prior to this, Jennifer held the same position at Scale to Win and Gallium Studios, where they played a critical role in organizing political campaigns and game development projects, respectively. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Tulip Interfaces, contributing to the digital transformation of frontline operations. Before that, Jennifer served as a Recruiting & Talent Lead at Tidelift, where they professionalized open source software. Jennifer has also gained experience at ActBlue Technical Services, Formlabs, Mimecast, PEIL, and Ginkgo Bioworks, where they played a role in technical talent acquisition and contributed to software development, email risk management, and innovation in various industries.

Jennifer Neves earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Vermont. Jennifer attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
