Carl O'Brien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic sales within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Sr Global Strategic Account Director for the Finance Vertical at Zayo Group since October 2020, Carl has previously held key positions at Lumen Technologies and Windstream, focusing on global account management in various verticals, including pharmaceuticals and advanced network communications. With a solid foundation in enterprise account management from roles at Line Systems Inc and Xtel Communications, Carl has developed a strong expertise in client retention, sales strategy, and building robust customer relationships, complemented by a background in telemarketing and inside sales.
