Keith Osborn

Keith Osborn currently serves as a Sourcing Manager for Network Development at Facebook since April 2018 and holds the position of Vice President of Network Development at Zayo Group, a role initiated in May 2016. Prior engagements at Zayo Group span from 2009 to 2016, occupying various senior roles including VP of Dark Fiber Product and Implementation, Regional Vice President for Outside Plant, Director of Outside Plant, and Outside Plant Project Manager. Prior to Zayo, experience includes serving as Director of Relocations at Level 3 Communications from 2005 to 2009 and Project Manager for Fiber Engineering at Qwest Communications from 1999 to 2005. Keith Osborn earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Colorado Mesa University, completing studies from 1991 to 1996.
