Marco Mollica is a seasoned professional in network operations and service management with extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Network Operations at Zayo Group since January 2017, Marco has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of the Network Control Center and Service Operations Manager. Previously, Marco worked at Allstream from February 2013 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing customer escalations and overseeing a team of 20 technicians. Earlier experience at SITA involved leading diverse teams within the Command Center to enhance incident management and service quality, as well as managing a significant training budget. Marco's career began at IBM Global Services as a Network Administrator.
