Shaun Cooper

Shaun Cooper is an experienced professional with over 33 years in the customer service sector within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Western Canada at Zayo Group since January 2005, Shaun is responsible for coordinating all types of telecom services in the region. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Network Engineering, Field Operations, and Outside Plant, overseeing project managers and regional engineers, and Senior Manager for Circuit Design, Test & Activation, managing teams responsible for design and activation of various customer services. Shaun’s early career included a position as Project Manager for Field Operations at MTS, focusing on local access network builds, and foundational education in Telecommunications Engineering Technology from Assiniboine College.
