Kyle Finch has a diverse work experience in various roles related to hockey and SaaS industries. Kyle currently serves as an Associate Coach for Olds Grizzleys - AJHL and a Coach Training Facilitator for Hockey Alberta. Previously, they worked as a Partner Growth Manager for ZayZoon and a Hockey Coach for Hockey Canada. Kyle Finch has a diverse education history. Kyle obtained a Diploma in General Studies from Adam Scott C.V.I. from 2002 to 2006. Kyle later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northland College between 2008 and 2012. Most recently, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Global Leadership at the University of Fredericton from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Kyle has also acquired several certifications. These include the NCCP High Performance 1 certification from Hockey Canada in July 2019, the Building the Player-Shaping the Person certification from MacEwan University in July 2018, and the NCCP Development 1 certification from Hockey Canada in December 2017. Kyle also obtained a certification in International Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Università Bocconi in December 2015, as well as a certification in Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from the University of Michigan in September 2015.
