Currently serving as the Complex Conference Services Manager at ZaZa Hospitality since July 2022, Britney manages group events across Texas, developing comprehensive event plans and coordinating logistics while ensuring client satisfaction. As the Project Manager and Founder of Wynn Designs & Construction since May 2016, Britney oversees project planning and execution, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality standards. Prior experience includes owning and developing multiple successful beauty and spa businesses for over seven years, along with roles in retail management and optical services, showcasing expertise in operations, team management, and client engagement.
