Elsa Cardenas is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in hotel sales and coordination. Currently serving as a Sr. Sales Coordinator at Hotel ZaZa since November 2009, Elsa specializes in supporting the Sales & Catering Team by managing day-to-day operations, maintaining databases, and resolving technical issues. Previously, as a Convention Services Manager, Elsa fostered client relationships while organizing meetings and conferences. Elsa's career began at the Houstonian Hotel Health Club and Spa as a Sales Assistant, where responsibilities included supporting management and preparing expense reports. Elsa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from American InterContinental University and an Associate degree in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
