Nichole Glowin

Nichole Glowin serves as the Managing Partner and Managing Attorney at ZBS Law, LLP since November 2021, overseeing the firm's bankruptcy department with a focus on creditor-centric Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases and related adversary matters. Previous experience includes the role of General Counsel at Trustee Corps from November 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities encompassed legal and regulatory compliance for default and foreclosure services across multiple states. Prior to that, Nichole managed the bankruptcy and unlawful detainer departments at Wright Finlay & Zak, LLP from August 2009 to November 2019, handling a substantial case load and providing legal education on complex litigation issues. Nichole holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.
