Pavel Cesnek

Pavel Cesnek is the Vice-Chairman at ŽĎAS. Pavel has over 15 years of experience in finance and restructuring. Pavel has worked as an Independent Consultant in Finance and Restructuring at Protiviti from July 2003 to November 2005. There, they were responsible for management consulting in process implementation, restructuring of companies, and Shared Services Department implementation. Pavel has also worked as the Managing Director at Noen Holding from August 2015 to September 2016, and as the Deputy Restructuring Manager at Locomotive Technologies from September 2014 to June 2015. Pavel was also the Managing Director/Crisis manager at Luganskteplovoz (Transmasholding) from May 2012 to July 2014, where they were responsible for the turnaround and restructuring of the company. Under their leadership, the company grew by 80% in 2012/3, and they were able to downsize by 1 000 employees.

Pavel Cesnek's educational career includes a Master's in Finance and Accounting from Prague University of Economics and Business, as well as a degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Technical high school.
