Frank Rusko

Frank Rusko is an experienced professional currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at ZDF and as a Podcast Host at allesinklusion?!. Previously, Frank held various roles at Sanofi, including Head of Social Affairs, Diversity & Inclusion, where significant initiatives such as establishing a gender and fathers' network and implementing an action plan aligned with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities were developed. Frank has also contributed to the Charta der Vielfalt e.V. as a board member since June 2021. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Consumer Health Care from Charité and certification as a systemic coach and change manager from INeKO at the University of Cologne.
