Katharina Schuster

Katharina Schuster is an experienced journalist with a diverse background in multimedia reporting and online news editing. Currently serving as a Reporterin & Schlussredakteurin for ZDF since November 2018, Katharina has worked on various aspects of news production, including night shifts for ZDFheute in both Germany and Washington D.C. Prior to ZDF, Katharina held positions at NBC News and VRM, contributing reporting for platforms such as Wiesbadener Kurier. Additional experience includes projects at Hochschule Darmstadt focusing on sustainable media practices and a role at Hessischer Rundfunk as a Producerin. Katharina has a Master's degree in Medienentwicklung from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, further solidified by a Bachelor's in Sportwissenschaften and Soziologie from Goethe University Frankfurt.
