Rafael Alves

Rafael Alves, also known as Adib, has a diverse work experience in the field of product management. Rafael currently holds the position of Head of Product at Zé Delivery, a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Group Product Manager at Zé Delivery from August 2021 to November 2021. Rafael also served as a Mentor for Product Leadership at Tera from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before their time at Zé Delivery and Tera, Rafael worked as a Product Lead - Proximity Marketplace at Mercado Livre from April 2021 to August 2021. Rafael previously held the role of Group Product Manager - Consumer Tribe and Senior Product Manager at Zé Delivery from July 2020 to March 2021 and from September 2019 to July 2020, respectively.

Rafael's experience also includes working as a Product Manager at Tapps Games, where they managed the Decor Dream game from October 2018 to September 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager - Aplicativo Cartão Pernambucanas at Pernambucanas from June 2015 to September 2018.

Early in their career, Rafael gained entrepreneurial experience as a Co Founder - Product at Pubers - All Beers, One Place from September 2014 to May 2016. Rafael was also part of the founding team at SportMapp from April 2014 to February 2016. Earlier on, they worked as a Product Specialist at SKY Brasil from May 2014 to June 2015 and as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Natura from August 2013 to May 2014.

Rafael Alves (Adib) has a diverse education history. Rafael obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2012 to 2014. In 2020, they completed a Product Strategy program at Reforge. Additionally, they completed a Professional Formation in Product Management at Cursos PM3 in 2019. Rafael also holds a bachelor's degree in Statistics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Rafael received certifications in Product Management from Cursos PM3 in May 2020 and in Marketing Exponential & Growth Hacking from Udemy in September 2018.
