Dominic Woo

Dominic Woo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dominic is currently serving as the OP Engineering Team Lead at ZE Power Engineering since 2022. Prior to this, Dominic worked as a Senior Instructor at Wu's Taekwondo School (Canada) since 1998. Dominic'sresponsibilities included teaching students of all ages and planning daily class programs. Dominic also held roles such as OPE Designer at Encepta from 2020 to 2022, OSP Designer at Telecon from 2017 to 2020, and Design Technologist at Hub Engineering Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Dominic also brings experience from their time as an OSP Design Engineer at GPG Technical Services from 2013 to 2015, Outside Plant Design Technician at Dixon Networks Corporation in 2013, Land Surveyor Assistant at McElhanney from 2004 to 2009, Recreation Student Staff at BCIT from 2009 to 2013, and Sales Associate at Racing Devils Hobbies in 2005. Throughout their career, Dominic has developed skills in engineering, telecommunications, design, and teaching.

Dominic Woo completed a Certificate in Structural CADD & Graphics (Drafting) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2012-2013. In the same year, they also received a Certificate of Achievement in Telus Basic Outside Plant Engineering and Image Design from Telus Learning Services. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they studied Civil Engineering at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Simon Fraser University, obtained between 2000 and 2003. Dominic Woo completed their high school education at R.C. Palmer Secondary and earned a High School Diploma - Dogwood Diploma during the period of 1993 to 1998.
