Craig Ratajczyk

Craig Ratajczyk is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in agriculture, biotechnology, and military service. Currently serving as an Independent Non Executive Advisory Board Director at Zea Biosciences, Craig focuses on expanding access to reliable medicines through plant biotechnology. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at Crop One Holdings, Craig led a global indoor vertical farming venture utilizing advanced technologies for sustainable food production. Craig's extensive leadership experience includes a decade as Chief Executive Officer of the Illinois Soybean Association, significant roles within the U.S. Navy as a Commander, and contributions to the U.S. Soybean Export Council and American Soybean Association. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and various executive programs from Harvard and The University of Chicago.
