ZEA Therapy was founded in 2024 with one shared belief: that life is all about connection. In today's modern world, many people feel disconnected, from themselves, their families, or their communities. These disruptions often show up as stress, mental health challenges , or relationship struggles. 

ZEA Therapy was created as a space to restore and strengthen these connections. Rooted in systemic Family Therapy, our work work honors both individual experiences and the larger relationships that shape us.

The name ZEA carries both a personal and symbolic meaning. It is an acronym formed form the founder's names, representing the coming together of their shared vision. In Latin, zea also refers to a wheat stalk, a symbol of growth, resilience, and rootedness. Just as wheat grows in connection with its environment, we believe healing happens within our relationships; nurtured over time, with care and intention.
