Prior to LOVE., Gemma held positions at Blue Chip Marketing as Account Manager, Below and Beyond as Business Manager for the LionCo account, and Akzo Nobel as a Marketing Assistant. Gemma holds a BSc in Business Studies from Lancaster University, completed in 2010.
