Colleen Chapman

Colleen Chapman is an experienced professional in the credit union industry, currently serving as Vice President of Membership Experience at Zeal Credit Union since May 2019, overseeing retail branches, contact centers, consumer lending, and real estate. Previously, Colleen held multiple leadership roles at Alliance Catholic Credit Union, including Vice President of Member Operations and Director of Member Experience, from October 2016 to April 2019.
