Victor Gomes

Victor Gomes currently serves as the Group Head of Customer Operations for both The ZEAL Group and Tipp24 Services Ltd., roles held since March and April 2015, respectively. Victor has extensive experience in customer operations, fraud prevention, and risk management, having previously headed the customer operations team at eSailors Ltd., and managed the Risk & Compliance division at Samvo from October 2008 to February 2015. Victor's career began at Ladbrokes as a Chargeback Analyst, followed by roles at Betfair, where responsibilities included customer operations, training, and fraud analysis, leading to the development of e-learning tools for staff training.
