Anders Hou Nielsen

Anders Hou Nielsen has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Anders Hou is currently working at Zealand Pharma as an Associate Director, Cyber Security, where they lead efforts to protect assets from cyber threats and develops information security strategies. Prior to this, they worked at VENZO_ cyber security as a Director, Security Analytics from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they were with NNIT, where they held various roles including IT Security Manager, IT Security Architect, and IT Services Consultant between 2009 and 2020. In these roles, they were involved in security incident management, detection, and response, as well as the creation of Use Cases/IOC's.

Anders Hou Nielsen completed their education at Roskilde University from 2003 to 2011, earning a Master of Arts degree in Psychology & Communication. Anders Hou also obtained several certifications, including GIAC Security Operations Manager (GSOM) from GIAC Certifications in 2022, GIAC Strategic Policy, Planning and Leadership (GSTRT) from GIAC Certifications in August 2018, GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from GIAC in July 2014, and ITIL Foundation from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in 2012.
