Nicole Luke has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in utilization review, appeals coordination, and quality assurance. Nicole began their career in 1992 as an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team Specialist at College Hospital and worked there until 2008. From 2012 to 2014, Nicole served as an Executive Administrator at Recon Services Inc., overseeing reports, financials, collections, and payroll. Nicole then worked as a Quality Assurance Manager and Utilization Manager at Solid Landings Behavioral Health from 2014 to 2015, where they audited charts for compliance and handled utilization reviews and appeal letters. Nicole also worked as an Independent Contractor at Practice Management Solutions from 2010 to 2012.

In 2015, they joined a Confidential company, where they held multiple roles such as Appeals Coordinator, Utilization Reviewer, and Utilization Review Specialist.
