Akhil Sugathan

Akhil Sugathan has worked in the recruitment and portfolio management industries since 2017. Akhil began their career at Rang Technologies Inc as a Data Science and Analytics Recruiter, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, sourcing and attracting candidates, and conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. In 2018, they joined Zealogics Inc as a Sr. Portfolio Manager/Recruitment Delivery Manager, and then as a Portfolio Manager. Akhil also held the role of Lead Technical Recruiter at Zealogics Inc, where they were tasked with designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, sourcing and attracting candidates, and conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

Akhil Sugathan attended Pacific University Udaipur from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
