Karan Daryanani

Karan Daryanani's work experience begins in 2014 as a Recruiter for a US-based staffing firm. Karan handled full-time and contract requirements in IT and non-IT sectors, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Karan also worked with clients, vendors, and utilized various job portals and social media for recruiting. In 2016, they joined TalentRupt Inc. as a Sr. Talent Discovery Specialist, focusing on hiring program management and support. Karan achieved notable results and performed daily research on social media. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of ZealoTech People, specializing in offshore recruitment services. Karan generated marketing content, prepared business cases, connected staffing for recruitment process outsourcing, and maintained account management. In 2020, they joined The ICE Group, LLC as a Sr. Business Developer, specializing in high-tech and strategic staffing, HR consulting, and software development.

Karan Daryanani completed their SSC from St. Xavier's College in 2010. Karan then pursued their HSC from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and later obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai in 2015. Their field of study throughout their education was predominantly focused on Business/Commerce.
