Wiebke Reichel

Wiebke Reichel is an experienced professional in the fields of personal development and learning, currently serving as Teamleitung Personalentwicklung and Manager Internal at zeb consulting since January 2024. Prior to this role, Wiebke worked at shopware AG as a Learning & Development Expert and held a position as a Lehrbeauftragte at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. Wiebke has also contributed to edyoucated as People & Culture Lead and has a lengthy history at zeb consulting, where roles included Referentin Personalentwicklung and Recruiting Manager, among others. Wiebke's earlier experience includes serving as FSJ Co-Seminarleitung for the Evangelische Kirche von Westfalen, where preparations and implementations of seminars and workshops were managed for volunteers. Wiebke holds a Master of Arts in Erziehungswissenschaft from the University of Münster and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, with additional studies undertaken at Charles University.
