Nealesh Padhye

Nealesh Padhye has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nealesh is currently working as the Director of M&A at Zebec Protocol since May 2022. Previously, they were a Partner at Payroll Growth Partners, where they invested in small- to medium-sized payroll companies in the U.S. from May 2022 onwards.

Before that, Nealesh worked as a Private Equity Consultant at VP Consulting LLC from May 2021 to April 2022. Nealesh also served as an M&A Advisor at TigerConnect for a short period from November 2021 to December 2021.

Nealesh has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Covis Pharma as a Senior Associate from October 2020 to April 2021 and as an Associate from October 2019 to October 2020.

Prior to that, they worked as a Private Equity Associate at Northlane Capital Partners from July 2017 to September 2019.

Nealesh started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at BlackArch Partners from June 2015 to June 2017, where they specialized in advisory services for financial sponsors, private companies, and diversified corporations.

Nealesh also gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in 2014 and as a Summer Analyst at 1991 Ventures in 2013.

Nealesh's earliest work experience was as a Research Assistant at the Center for International Business Education and Research, Fuqua Business School from August 2012 to May 2013. Overall, Nealesh possesses a strong background in M&A, private equity, investment banking, and research.

Nealesh Padhye attended Duke University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics. Prior to their time at Duke, Nealesh Padhye studied at Lincoln Southwest High School.
