Ted Smoot

Ted Smoot has a wealth of experience in customer success, technical support, technical account management, and technical project management. In 2011, they began their career as a Technical Product Manager at YouAreHollywood.com, LLC. Ted then moved on to Echo360, Inc. in 2012, where they served as a Technical Account Manager for four years. In 2015, they became a Customer Success Manager at Aptus Software Labs, and then transitioned to Vandalay Management, LLC in 2017, where they held the role of Technical Project Manager for two years. In 2021, Ted joined WordPress VIP as a Technical Account Manager, and is currently a Customer Success Manager and Technical Support Manager at ZEBEDEE.

Ted Smoot attended Park View High School from 1990 to 1994, where they completed a 3-year Marketing Program with DECA. Ted then attended Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) from 1996 to 1997, where they studied English, Audio Engineering, and Music Theory.
