Hamid Hajian

Hamid Hajian has a diverse range of work experience. Hamid is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zebel, a software company that provides data analytics tools for real estate developers and contractors. Prior to Zebel, Hamid served as a Sr. Manager of Analytics at Western National Group, where they initiated and led a preconstruction analytics program. Hamid also served as the Preconstruction Manager of BIM and formed the company's Northern California BIM/Construction Technology department. Hamid has also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at The City University of New York, a Civil Engineer - BIM Specialist at EnTech Engineering PC, and a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California. Hamid started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Hajian Construction. In addition to their professional roles, Hamid has also served on the Advisory Board of the USC Alumni Association's Real Estate Network.

Hamid Hajian's education history starts in 2002 when they attended Shiraz University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2007. Hamid then pursued higher education at the University of Southern California, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Engineering and Management from 2008 to 2009. However, their educational journey at USC did not end there, as they went on to start a PhD program in Construction Information Technology in 2009, but dropped out before completing the degree.

After a gap of a few years, Hamid resumed their education at The Wharton School, where they enrolled in their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they did not specify any field of study.

In addition to their formal education, Hamid Hajian has obtained certifications. Hamid became an Engineer in Training (EIT) certified by the Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Hamid also earned the LEED AP certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). However, the exact dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
