Jose R. Sotelo

Jose R. Sotelo has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Jose R. is currently the Director of Client Services at Zebel, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Western National Group, where they held the roles of Sr. Pre-Construction Manager from January 2019 to October 2022, and Pre-Construction Manager from March 2016 to January 2019.

Before joining Western National Group, Jose worked at Cahill Contractors as a Jr. Estimator from September 2015 to March 2016. Jose R. also gained experience at Segue Construction as an Estimator/Pre-Construction Project Manager from April 2012 to August 2015.

Jose's earlier experience includes working at TMPI Precision Cleaning, where they held multiple roles including QA-QC Manager/Process Engineer from February 2012 to June 2013, Quality Control Supervisor from September 2011 to February 2012, and Quality Control Inspector from April 2011 to September 2011.

Jose R. started their career at Todd Tews General Contractor as Chief Assistant/Foreman from July 2007 to April 2011. Prior to that, they worked at BAU Technologies as a Construction Assistant from June 2006 to July 2007.

Jose's first professional experience was as an Intern at URS Corporation, An AECOM Company in December 2005.

Jose R. Sotelo completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they obtained the E.I.T (Engineer-In-Training) certification from the Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors - State of California in June 2005.
