Joseph-Olivier BILEY is the Hub Manager for West Africa at ZEBOX, an international incubator and accelerator for tech startups. Joseph-Olivier is also the CEO of Jool International, which introduced drones in Ivorian agriculture, and a Co-Founder of Le #Ci20, an association of innovative Ivorian startups. Previously, Joseph-Olivier was the CEO of WeFly Agri, a company specializing in drone technology for plantation monitoring. Joseph-Olivier also co-founded Ojei, a brand that combined organic cotton and Wax. Joseph-Olivier holds a Master's degree in Management with a major in Disruptive Innovations, as well as several executive certificates in Business Administration and Venture Capital.
