Chas Hamill

Chas Hamill is an experienced executive specializing in total rewards and compensation strategies across various industries. As the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Zebra Technologies and previously serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), Chas has a strong background in designing and implementing compensation frameworks.
