Jim Will

Jim Will has extensive experience in SaaS project and functional consulting, currently serving as the SaaS Global Program Delivery Lead at Zebra Technologies since September 2020, where previous roles included Head of Global SaaS Functional Consulting and Senior Manager for various SaaS initiatives. Prior to Zebra Technologies, Jim held the position of Senior Director of Functional Consulting at Reflexis Systems, Inc. from November 2018 to September 2020. Jim's career at DICK'S Sporting Goods spanned 25 years, culminating in the role of Director of Store Systems and Process, with earlier positions in internal operations and store management. Jim began professional career as a Senior Merchandiser at JC Penney from February 1988 to September 1993. Jim is an alumnus of Gannon University, graduating in 1986.
