Dr. Sebastian Lange

Dr. Sebastian Lange is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in project management and lean construction methodologies. Currently serving as the Head of Work Preparation and Head of Lean Construction and Scheduling at ZECH Hochbau AG since November 2021, Lange previously held leadership roles in lean construction and management at BAM Deutschland AG from July 2016 to October 2021. Additionally, Lange contributed to academia as an Academic Staff Member at the Institute of Construction Management at the University of Stuttgart from April 2011 to March 2016. Earlier career experiences include project management at IWTI Gruppe and property management at TREUREAL GmbH. Dr. Lange holds a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur from the University of Stuttgart, completed in 2007.
